Note this form is for use by FireBrick® resellers - customers should contact their supplier.

Unfortunately we have now had to withdraw repair support for the old WF1730 FireBrick SoHo/Plus or WF1740 FireBrick 105 units - it is no longer economically feasible to repair these units.

Please do some basic tests on the FireBrick® (e.g. factory reset) to ensure the customer's reported fault is genuine, before submitting this request.

Please supply as much information as possible, so we can track faults and improve our service.

We will email the Returns Number to you along with details of how to return the FireBrick® to us (address etc.).

We will then repair the FireBrick® and return it to you.
